Sheep are easy to take care of and are inexpensive to feed. Their offspring are raised to maturity and sold at the market. Your gift of a mature sheep can help a family pay for food, medical costs, or school fees. Sheep can produce up to 6 kids per year!
The Kisoro community is ready to do its part! School staff trains families on how to care for their sheep, and regularly checks up on them. Families will provide food for their animals and ensure they are vaccinated. They are also encouraged to give at least one offspring to another family in need. This process continues with every family, so your gift continues to multiply!
